Aromatherapy massage involves the application of essential oils to assist the body’s own natural healing process, treating the mind body and soul. Following a consultation a personal blend of pure essential oils is created for the treatment. Aromatherapy massage can help with muscular aches and pains, tension, stress, insomnia, the menopause and much more, promoting a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.

Hot Stones Massage
A very healing and deeply relaxing therapy using warm smooth basalt stones on the body including massage with the hands,
Hot stone massage:

Indian Head Massage
This treatment is given whilst sitting in a chair and can be carried out over clothing or with beautiful Aromatherapy oils. Massage is given to the shoulders, neck, face and scalp, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. It also helps by improving lymph drainage, muscle tone and gives a feeling of a psychological uplift.

Please ensure that a minimum of 24 hours is given when cancelling an appointment, otherwise a half charge will be made.
Please allow plenty of time with your first appointment as a free consultation will be carried out to ensure you get the right treatment suitable for you.
Clients are requested to wear full briefs for all massage and body treatments.

As your Holistic Therapist I take your privacy seriously. Your personal details and medical history are essential to enable me to give you the correct treatment and to carry out your appointment safely, and to enable me to contact you regarding your appointment with me.
I would like to ensure you that I will never pass your information on to any third party without your written consent and all your personal data is stored in a locked metal file.
I am required by UK Law to keep all of your personal data and medical forms for a minimum of 7 years, after which time it will be securely destroyed.
